Adding csv export of the v63 data validation sheet from @Tasilee, and loading it for conversion to to TG2_test_validation_data.csv in TestOfTestSpreadsheetUtility test validation data as of 2023-12-15, with changes to accomodate new values in that file.  Adding a shell script to execute the TestOfTestSpreadsheetUtility class for this extraction outside of an IDE, changing resource loading accordingly.
